Opening planned for December 2, 2026

Our initial outpatient addiction medicine clinic sessions are Wednesday, December 2, 9, and 16, 2026, from 8:00–11:00 a.m. Pacific. New patient intakes are 60 minutes and follow-ups are 30 minutes. Visits finish by 11:00 a.m.

See our appointment information page for the planned schedule and updates about online booking and visit fees.

Outpatient care is separate from our current hospital consultation service. Patients hospitalized at Southern Hills Hospital & Medical Center in Las Vegas can ask their treating team about an Addiction Medicine consultation.

Care while you are in Nevada

Patients must be physically located in Nevada at the time of a video appointment. The practice’s planned service is intended to make an Addiction Medicine conversation accessible without a trip to an outpatient office when a video visit is clinically appropriate.

Telehealth is not suitable for every concern. Your physician will assess whether you need an in-person examination, testing, urgent assessment, or a higher level of care.

What you can discuss

An Addiction Medicine evaluation can include concerns about opioid use disorder and buprenorphine, alcohol use, prior treatment, and continuing recovery care.

Medication recommendations and follow-up depend on an individual medical evaluation. Scheduling a visit does not guarantee a specific medication or prescription.

A private place and a reliable connection

You will need a camera-enabled phone, tablet, or computer, a dependable internet connection, and a place where you can speak privately. Keep your medication list and questions nearby.

Once scheduling opens, booking and intake will take place through the clinic’s designated patient system. This informational website does not collect medical history. Read the first-visit guide and website privacy information.

Scheduling and fees

SNAP is preparing a cash-pay outpatient service. Confirmed visit fees, payment policies, and actual appointment availability will be published before booking opens. Medication, laboratory testing, and outside services may have separate costs.

The practice is co-led in equal partnership by Dr. Maureen Strohm and Dr. Brian Kaszuba. Their current hospital consultations at Southern Hills Hospital in Las Vegas are arranged through the treating hospital team, separately from outpatient scheduling.
