This website introduces Southern Nevada Addiction Partners, its hospital consultation service, and its planned telehealth care. It is not a patient portal, medical record, or emergency communication channel.
The website does not provide forms for entering names, contact details, medical history, insurance information, or treatment records. Please do not submit personal health information through website URLs or general-purpose email.
Appointment scheduling
Online scheduling is not yet open. When the practice’s scheduling system is connected, the appointment page will direct visitors there to review available visits and complete booking. Information provided to that system will be governed by its applicable privacy practices and the practice’s patient notices.
Selecting a visit type or checking the Nevada-location box on this website does not reserve an appointment. These choices are used only to display the appropriate next step and are not saved by this website.
Website technology
This website does not include advertising pixels, third-party analytics scripts, embedded appointment forms, or social tracking widgets. Its images, fonts, and application files are served with the website. It does not intentionally store patient information in browser storage.
As with other hosted websites, the hosting provider may process technical connection information, such as an IP address and standard request logs, to deliver and secure the service. This website does not make a separate promise about the hosting provider’s retention policies.
Staff portal access
The public staff sign-in page contains no appointment records, call logs, or staff messages. Private staff access is being configured with individual clinic-email accounts, a separate portal password, and multifactor authentication. When active, the hosted staff service handles sign-in and access to the private portal. Calendar views inside the private portal may connect to Google Workspace and are subject to its account permissions and privacy settings.
Links to other services
Links to educational resources and any future scheduling system open separately. Those services may have different privacy practices. This site uses a no-referrer policy to limit the referral information sent when following links.
Medical and patient privacy notices
This page describes the informational website. It is not the practice’s Notice of Privacy Practices, a consent to treatment, or a guarantee that any software or service is HIPAA compliant. Applicable patient notices and consents will be provided through the practice’s patient workflow.
Accessibility
The website supports keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, text resizing, reduced-motion preferences, labeled controls, and mobile screen sizes. If you experience an access issue, please use the practice’s published contact channel once available. Do not send medical details when reporting a website problem.
